A small issue with cleanliness in the restroom, as there was an earthworm present.

I chose this hotel for attending a colloquium because it provides a computer station as one of its featured amenities. The computer station was very useful for me to work on my presentation and stay connected with my colleagues.
The only service that I missed for my work was a printer. It would have been convenient to be able to print out some documents during my stay.

The hotel had a lovely decoration, with cozy and comfortable common areas. It was easy for senior people like me to navigate around the hotel, as there were no stairs to climb and everything was conveniently located on the ground floor. The ambiance was peaceful and quiet, perfect for relaxation.
It would have been even better if the children working there could provide some assistance for senior people with their luggage.

I absolutely loved the cozy and charming atmosphere of the hotel. The decorations were tasteful with a touch of traditional Thai elements, creating a warm and inviting ambiance. The common areas were spacious and comfortable, perfect for relaxing and socializing with fellow guests. As a senior woman, I appreciated the hotel's accessibility. There were no stairs to navigate, and all the facilities were conveniently located on the ground floor, making it easy for me to get around without any trouble.
I would have loved to see more activities or entertainment options tailored towards senior guests. While the hotel provided a comfortable and pleasant stay overall, it could be even better with some activities or amenities that cater specifically to the needs and interests of senior travelers.

The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the middle of the old town. Everything was close by and easily accessible. The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions or requests. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with good privacy curtains and reading lights. The fact that there were two private bathrooms in the dorm room was a definite plus. The breakfast included in the price was simple but adequate.
The mattress and pillows in the room were quite hard, which may not be to everyone's liking. It would have been nice if the hotel had a small restaurant or the option to purchase food on-site.
